Delivery information

• FREE delivery by postman or courier when the order amount is ≥ 40€ including VAT.

• FREE delivery when you pick up your order from Vilnius TOBIS store, Savanorių pr. 187-8 corp., after receipt of the invoice from the next Tuesday or Thursday on working days from 12:30 to 16:00.

• PAID delivery by postal machine - 3€ with VAT, courier - 6€ with VAT, when the order amount is < 40€ with VAT. If the buyer postpones the delivery of the order twice, the third and every other delivery attempt is charged: €3 with VAT by postal machine, €6 with VAT by courier.

Delivery time

In most cases, all orders are shipped on the same business day if they are paid for and submitted by 3:00 p.m. and all products are in stock. Therefore, we undertake that the products you ordered will be delivered to the specified address within 1-3 working days only in Lithuania.

Items marked with the icon Shipped to order have a delivery time of 2 to 8 weeks.

All orders are delivered via Venipak and Omniva post machines and Venipak and Schenker couriers.
