MOTO TRONIC is a long‑life, low‑friction, multigrade engine oil based on HC synthesis technology and PAO. The carefully selected base oils of the latest technology and the highly effective additives used give this high‑performance engine oil excellent properties when driving. MOTO TRONIC is a fuel‑saving, specially formulated super high‑tech engine oil that perfectly meets the requirements of modern petrol and diesel engines, with and without turbochargers in cars and vans, with extended oil change intervals, including soot particle filters (ACEA C3). The reduction of sulphur, sulphated ash and phosphorus (Low SAPS technology) extends the service life of the particle filter. MOTO TRONIC is, due to its special composition, ideally suited for use in the latest VW requirements, so‑called VW Longlife III oils. Exception: For the R5 TDI (Touareg, T5) and V10 TDI (Touareg, Phaeton) engines, an oil complying with VW standard 506.01 is currently required, and for the 3‑ and 4‑cylinder pump‑nozzle engines without WIV, the VW standard 505.01 is still required.
