VORREINIGER B 1L

Highly concentrated, phosphate-free, alkaline, high-foaming precleaner for cars and trucks. The combination of high-quality complexing agents and special surfactants dissolves even stubborn dirt such as insect residues, bird droppings, environmental grime, and metal dust extremely quickly, making it ideal for heavily used car washes and non-contact high-pressure washing. Special corrosion inhibitors ensure high material compatibility with sensitive components such as anodized aluminum. Also suitable for copolymer dewaxing. Optimally suited for biological service water treatment plants. Quick-separating and tested according to ÖNORM 5106 (test concentration 0.05% mass).

Recommendations for use:

Depending on the level of dirt:

Precleaner: 1:30–1:50
Rim cleaning: 1:3–1:10
Copolymer dewaxing: 1:5–1:10
Self-service high-pressure washing: 1:300

VDA conformity:

Class A: reaction time max. 5 min, max. application concentration 1:300
Class B: reaction time max. 1 min, max. application concentration 1:30

Spray over the entire surface, allow to react briefly, and rinse thoroughly with a high-pressure cleaner.
