Ultra Heavy Cut Gh9.01 1L

Highly abrasive machine polishing compound designed for the preparation of heavily damaged gelcoats and marine paints.
Also suitable for dark gelcoats and painted surfaces.
Effectively removes greying, deep scratches, and scuff marks, such as those from fenders.
Ideal as a preparation step before further polishing.
Gelcoat Ultra Heavy Cut contains no silicone oils and features low dust and spray levels.

Applications
Heavily damaged, greyed, and stressed gelcoats and paints in the marine sector.

Usage recommendations
Can be used with rotary and dual-action polishing machines.
Apply 5 pea-sized drops onto a suitable polishing pad (Heavy Cut Pad, Lambswool Pad short, or Twisted Wool Pad) and work in a crosshatch pattern.
Distribute the product evenly on the surface at low speed.
Then polish with a rotary machine up to max. 1000 RPM (dual-action – use highest setting).
Remove excess compound with a Polish & Sealing Towel.
On dark surfaces, polish marks can be removed using Gelcoat Micro Cut.
After polishing, it is recommended to use Gelcoat Finish, Marine Protective Sealant, or Ceramic Boat Hull to seal the surface pores.
Shake well before use. Check material compatibility.
Do not use on heated surfaces. Protect from frost and excessive heat.
